Our client needed to clean up the contaminated attic insulation and replace with new R rated batt insulation. We used large insulation vacuum to remove the existing insulation and did rodent proofing to prevent potential rodent issues. Then we replaced with brand new R-rated Owens Corning batt insulation throughout the whole attic. The house doesn’t have A/C so we installed 2 attic exhaust fan to boost the air flow in the attic to cool down the house. After the project completed, the attic is very well insulated, rodent proofed and our client can feel the cool air in the house!
